Installation instructions

Always launch SonarLink before starting Subnautica 2. Otherwise, some features may not work correctly. 

Always run SonarLink as an administrator. Failure to do so will prevent the program from working properly!

First launch 

1-Close Subnautica 2 if it is already open 

2-Start SonarLink.exe as administrator (Always run SonarLink as an administrator. Failure to do so will prevent the program from working properly!) 

3-Choose a folder when asked. This is where SonarLink keeps its files 

4-Click Yes when asked to download required components 

5-Wait until the install finishes 

6-SonarLink will prompt you to launch Subnautica 2 

7-Start Subnautica 2 from (Steam ONLY)

8-Make sure Subnautica 2 is in Wondowed fullscreen, not fullscreen 

9-SonarLink opens the mod menu when the game is running, open/close HOME button.

How to update SonarLink?

Delete ONLY the old SonarLink.exe file from your computer, then download and install the latest SonarLink.exe from: Files or download here: Discord

Having issues? Try closing Subnautica 2 and exiting SonarLink from the system tray. Wait until both applications have fully closed, then launch SonarLink again and start Subnautica 2.
